Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries
Most items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, Monday to Saturday, usually between 07:30 and 18:30, although some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
We do not yet have tracking data for shipments but, as soon as that is in place we will send you an email with the courier and tracking code.
Our shipments usually use DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS.
At present we only deliver to mainland UK.
Deliveries of Multiple Items
Your items may come from different warehouses so arrive in different parcels and times, but you won't be charged for the extra deliveries.
Problems With Your Delivery
Please wait until the estimated delivery time has passed before getting in touch. Our standard delivery is 2-3 days of despatch, which is usually within 24 hours. If you do have a query about the delivery please email us at help@spaice.com
Returns
Our Returns Policy
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 30 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We'll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on this page.
Meaning of Original Condition:
- You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price, "as new".
- You haven’t used the product.
- The product doesn't contain any personal data and hasn't been registered to a user
Returns we Can't Accept:
These are products that can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described.
- Opened or unsealed items, other than where necessary to inspect them.
- Items missing the original packaging or labels.
- Items or packaging in poor condition.
- Items that contain your personal data or have been registered with the manufacturer.
- Foods such as perishables that have an expiry date.
- Items that have been personalised for you.
- Computer software that has been opened or redeemed.
- Opened gift cards.
- Beauty products that have been opened, used or don’t have the seal intact.
- Personal care products.
- Face coverings.
- Toilet seats and brushes.
- Refunds for Purchases Made With a Promotional Code
If you bought some items with a promotional code, then returned only part of the order, we’ll deduct a percentage of the promotion value from your refund. This is part of the terms and conditions of our offers.
Returning gifts
You can return or exchange gifts and we'll either exchange the item or refund the value to a gift card, any refund would be made to the original buyer, and to the card or payment method they used.
Gifts with a Purchase
Free gifts received as part of a promotion when buying an item must also be returned when the main ‘qualifying’ product is to be refunded. You can still choose to buy the gift at the standard price, if it's available for sale as a separate item.
If you want to cancel the main qualifying product in a bundle that contains a free gift, the promotional (free) item will also be cancelled. You will receive a full refund and neither item will be delivered.
Problems With Your Return
We urge you to use a tracked and insured service to return your items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on their way to us.
Refunds should be made within 14 days of returning the item.
It can take up to seven days for the return to be processed but we'll do our best to make it quicker. The process includes checking the item and once we've done this we'll email you to confirm it’s been processed, and your refund should be in your account within five days (it's usually within a day).

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items sent to us by mistake, we can't promise that they can be found and returned to you. If you have sent an item by mistake please contact us immediately with the order details.
